How pricing works
Every campaign sets a bid in cents per impression. You only spend when your ad actually shows up on a page. The bid floor follows the most expensive placement you opt into so your campaign is eligible everywhere it's allowed to run.

How does billing work?
Save a card on file. Nothing is charged until your impressions accrue enough to bill — we charge automatically when accrued spend hits $10 OR every 30 days, whichever comes first. No subscription, no prepay, no monthly fee.
What are the impression rates?
In-feed cards on /listings and /sold cost $0.04 per impression. Rail slots on the map, TV, and video tour run $0.05. The premium Recommended Agent spot on the homepage is $0.12. Your campaign’s bid auto-floors to the highest selected placement so it’s eligible everywhere.
How does the $50 + $50 sign-up bonus work?
Two tiers. (1) The moment you save a card, $50 of free impressions are credited to your account — no charge, just run with it. (2) Once your lifetime billed spend reaches $50, we credit another $50. Total possible free is $100. Each tier is one-shot per advertiser ever, so removing and re-adding a card doesn’t re-fire either bonus.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Remove the card on file and we charge any final accrued spend once, then your campaigns pause. No fees, no contract, no notice period.
Where will my ad show?
You pick. Each campaign opts into one or more placements — homepage Recommended Agent, in-feed cards on /listings and /sold, the map sidebar, the video tour rails, the TV overlay. The campaign builder shows a live preview as you go.
Do I need an existing public agent profile?
Nope. Sign up, convert your account to an advertiser, save a card, and launch a campaign in a couple minutes. If your email matches a public agent profile we already indexed, your ads auto-link to it.
How are impressions tracked?
Real, un-multiplied counts of actual page renders. We don’t inflate the numbers — what you spend matches the impressions we actually served, every time.
What if a charge fails?
We’ll surface the failure on your dashboard so you can update the card. Your accrued spend is preserved — when you update the card, the next billing run picks it up. While the failure is unresolved, new impressions stop serving so the bill can’t keep climbing.
