1. Who must review and accept this waiver
Each adult participant must review this waiver before participating and may be asked to sign an additional paper or electronic form. The primary booker must share the waiver, tour requirements, and safety information with every member of the group.A parent or legal guardian must review and accept the applicable risk information for a minor and must decide whether the activity is appropriate for that child. Acceptance by one customer does not replace a signature from another adult participant when a separate signature is requested.
