We have developed Boris Mannsfeld & Associates Belize Real Estate which is a luxury condominium resort inside the vey exclusive Naia Resort & Residences gated community along the booming Placencia Peninsula. 17 condos have been completed, sold and have been in a successful rental program since 2014. We have all permits and approvals in place to complete 83 more condos and to run the property as a full service luxury beach resort. The gated community offers also a mile of pristine Caribbean beach. We will be hiring a name brand resort operator to run the property. We are seeking a $US 5 million debt or equity investment to build out the rest of the project. Once sales start (one unit is sold)
