The atmosphere was very beautiful! A lot of wildlife, squirrels, hummingbirds, and an assortment of beautifully colored birds! Waiter and as very attentive. I had a delicious iced coffee with vanilla ice cream coated with a sweet almond butter. The sausage curry was delicious but that sour dough… man I could eat that all day! The pork sandwich was also very delicious fantastic marinade and yogurt sauce was a perfect combo. Sandwich was covered in fresh tomato, cucumber, onion and lettuce all placed on a homemade sesame bread almost like a ciabatta. Would go back!

I read a review that said they were still thinking about their meal here a week after they returned and I have to echo that. We are still thinking of the seafood risotto. The atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the service are all top notch. We went for two nights and would have gone a third if they weren’t booked for Valentines Day. Wish we could go there tonight haha.

WOW, this was GREAT! After a week in Belize having some decent and some lousy food, we went to 3 Senses for a late lunch or early dinner. It was about 4pm, so I wasn't surprised that no one else was dining at the moment, and pleasantly surprised that we could order off the lunch menu but also the dinner menu. We had margheritas (perfect!) and I had a fish option off the dinner menu which was outstanding. The sauces were perfection. My wife had gnocchi, which was also delicious. (Margherita and gnocchi, don't judge us). The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff professional, and now over a week back in the States and I'm thinking about the meal I had at 3 Senses. Definitely worth it!!

Our family had several meals here during our stay and the food and service were excellent. I also appreciated their willingness to cook a simple chicken and salad meal for my son (a picky eater). The prices were reasonable as the quality of food was good. (We ate in town one night at a highly rated restaurant and found that experience lacking by comparison.) I would describe the ambiance as comfortable, understated elegance - not fussy - with attention to detail - such as the wrap-around water feature and quality artworks. There are often birds to watch during the day. We noticed that the locals also enjoy coming here for a special occasion Sunday brunch (and I would too). I would also choose to come here if I were staying at another resort and had a car - you may wish to call and inquire about a reservation though because it is an intimate dining space - not a lot of tables. We visited just days before the wine space was about to open, which we would have liked to have visited because it looked just amazing. I CAN tell you that the wine list was carefully considered and we enjoyed at least two exceptional bottles on separate occasions. (Note: In early April there were NO mosquitoes, which was also a bonus.) Thank you Claudia, Mark and the whole team!

Claudia makes the most amazing food here. Everything she serves is made right here. Fresh organic eggs from the chickens out back are so delicious. The best bread you will ever have, she makes herself. All jams are homemade as well. Fresh tropical fruit garnishes your breakfast plate. Every meal we have had here has been fantastic. Claudia and her crew are really good at what they do. The service is very professional and high quality. The grounds and the view from the restaurant are incredible as well. Birds and all sorts of wildlife come to visit the area. Do not miss this place, it is awesome.
