Phoned three times to contact customer service. The operator put me through, heard music for about 2-3minutes then the phone rang for a shirt while then cut off. If you guys aren't going to answer phone calls to customer service just tell us. .

Unable to reach customer service by phone & receiving space/vague messaging from their online help. Terrible customer care.

Do not bank here!!!! It seems that you have to be a millionaire for Atlantic Bank Ltd. to give you any sort of attention. Simply getting my credit card to appear on my online account took 2 weeks when I was told by their customer service that it would take an hour. All they do is refer you to their "contact us" online which is of ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. I was literally speaking to the customer service supervisor and her first option to "assist" me was to refer me to the contact us,smh!

Called the Freetown Branch. Seems as though the Secretary is the only person who answers the phone there. I literally waited 10 minutes before hanging up, after being transfered. Be prepared to wait on the phone for an unresponsive Customer Service team.
