Great ATM for international cards. $0.25 Belize dollar fee. Easy instructions on screen.

A good place to withdraw money. Leave the card in for a moment, then remove it and reinsert it again. You'll then receive on-screen instructions. They charge $0.25 for withdrawals, which is a very reasonable price!

Open 24/7. Very small fee of 0.25 Belize Dollars. Also slightly confusing instructions when you initially insert card but just leave it in for a minute and wait for the screen to change. Then take it out and put it back in.

ATM open 24h, in a dedicated room to the left of the main bank entrance (so open when the bank itself is closed). See photo of the sign. And indeed I used the ATM myself twice late.at night, well after the bank had closed at 15h00.
