  I've been going to this bank for 15 years to regularly withdraw the money I receive via MoneyGram. Until now, I haven't had any major problems, although the bank seems to have some organizational issues, as I frequently have to verify my passport at customer service, which takes a very long time. I recently went to withdraw money again and, as usual, I wanted several hundred quetzales in small bills of 50, 20, 10, and 5 quetzales, but this time they refused without any explanation. What terrible service! If we can't even get change at the bank, where are we supposed to get it? I'm extremely disappointed by such a lack of respect!
