Belize Pilates

Belize Pilates is a GEM that everyone should try! I’m writing this as a first timer doing Pilates. The studio sits along the northern highway making it easily accessible. The facility is spacious and very neatly put together. I can tell that cleanliness and the overall aesthetic is a priority here. Although the space felt big, the owner’s (Destiny) wonderful personality and the manner in how she instructs made the session feel very intimate and hands on for the relatively small class we had. She gives clear and concise direction so an idiot like me can execute the various exercises on the reformer without hurting myself. If I’m not mistaken this is one of if not the ONLY studio in Belize so definitely give it a shot and support this black owned business 🙌🏿

Can’t wait to come back! The studio was very clean/well kept and Destiny was an amazing instructor ❤️ I told her I had some lower back pain and she made the class accessible for me but also challenging to where I felt sore in all the right areas the next day!

Recently messaged this place while vacationing in Belize and I absolutely loved it. The instructor was. amazing and the workouts were so good that I went every single day while I was there. Can’t wait to go back! Thank You Destiny🏝️🩷

Great professional experience… visited Belize for the first time and Destiny was amazing she not only made me feel comfortable for the first time but also made sure my experience of doing Pilates was exceptional… I can’t wait to come back to come back just for a good workout
