I just made a call to this facility and the person who answered was very pleasant , very professional and very thorough in answering the question I asked. Cudos to this person and the team for upholding excellence in customer service.

The doctor was very professional and very competent, however needed to have a surgery and the accounting department lacks any sense of urgency it shouldn't take more than one week to get an estimate. Which is why I simply could not recommend or would I have surgery at this hospital for if they're back office is that slow what deficiencies will I find in and on the operating table.

I was flown to this hospital from San Pedro, I had to have my appendix removed. We were in San Pedro on holiday from Canada, This was a great experience, lovely, kind, caring staff. My 16 year old daughter was with me and they took great care of her while I was in surgery. The surgen Dr. Leslie was wonderful, even sent my daughter some photos because she was very interested. I know some people might be nervous about having surgery in a foreign country, but I couldn’t have had a better experience.. Thank you all.
