One of Belize’s longest standing gym. Very nice environment and customer services. Good trainers and cleanliness. However, contain mostly old fashioned equipment. Easy 5 star if it should modernize their equipment.

Nice to workout. Has most exercise machines you need. There are classes available on the third floor, aerobics on Mondays, dance on Tuesday and Thursday and step class on Wednesday. The gym is clean. Equipments can be maintained more timely, so they dont rust or torn. A dedicated gym trainer or rosters of trainer would be nice also, particularly for new persons.
