  A place to absolutely avoid. Upon arrival, after ordering my drink, I asked to use the restroom. They said they'd check, went inside, and came back out a minute later, telling me the restroom was occupied. Half an hour later, after finishing my drink, I asked if the restroom was now free. They went back inside, came out again, and told me that, in fact, the restrooms weren't available to the public. So, contrary to appearances, this establishment doesn't have restrooms, and its staff are blatantly lying.

  The food and drinks here are really good, and the online service is smooth and reliable. I also want to mention that the owner himself is very kind and welcoming, which definitely stands out. As someone new to Corozal, I was genuinely excited to discover a place with such a creative concept, and I really believe it has strong potential to be very successful. However, the in-store atmosphere could be improved. The staff are not rude per se, but they don’t come across as very friendly. I’ve heard from several people that they feel a bit judged when walking in, and I had a similar experience myself. During my visit, the interaction felt somewhat cold — there was little eye contact or warmth, which made the experience feel slightly uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a place with great products and a lot of potential, and with some adjustments to customer service and staff training, especially for those interacting directly with customers, this could easily become a standout spot in the area.
