Roe was a very fun and lovely host. Her food was delicious specially her home made biscuits. The atmosphere was chill and fun. A must visit for sure up won’t regret it.❤️❤️❤️

Roe's cliffside cafe is the scene every discerning traveler imagines when pining for that unforgettable moment abroad. Her warm and inviting demeanor drew us in before we could think twice about whether this unassuming home-turned-rooftop-kitchen was open for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Roe made sure we felt right at home as we ordered pretty much whatever combo of her scratch-made menu items we felt compelled to indulge in. Highlights include what I'd bet to be the best biscuits in Belize, fresh squeezed vegetable juice and decadent waffles. Go to Roe's, you will not regret it.

Roe can cook! All our food was absolutely delicious, the best breakfast / brunch I’ve had in Belize hands down. The setting is super cute, very personal, local and just a really nice intimate experience. I’m sure the locals know about Roe and her culinary prowess, but if you’re visiting, get off the beaten track just a little for a great breakfast, you won’t be disappointed.

Went here whilst visiting from Ireland & Canada. Roe was such a lovely welcoming personality with pride in all that she has put together, and rightly so!! Food was eggs-ellent 😜 and accompanied by proper roasted coffee. Proper Belizean food served from a local Belizean doesn’t get better than that… but wait it does. The hilltop views are stunning, morning or afternoon you won’t be let down 🙌 Highly recommend trying this hidden gem!!!

Great little breakfast spot (morning or afternoons) with a lovely view out over San Ignacio. Food is top notch, coffee was sensational and Roe delivers an authentic Belizean experience. Highly recommend!
