2/21/2026: It must have been 90° today. Caoba was a relief from the heat. AC, comfy seating, and a couple of icy beverages. Staff was very friendly. Drinks were perfect. Blended mocha and cardamom latte.

A place I’d been meaning to visit for some time, what was meant to be a quick coffee stop naturally evolved into dinner. Despite the establishments small footprint, the atmosphere is warm and thoughtfully curated. Service was welcoming and consistently attentive throughout my visit without being intrusive. From a professional kitchen perspective, food was top tier (one of the best Lasagna’s I’ve had 9/10). As a chef, I appreciate the clarity and consistency in the kitchens execution. Their drink special including Matcha was well executed, though not my personal preference, I am confident fans of matcha will appreciate it. I believe the pricing is fair for the quality and portion sizes offered. I enjoyed my time here, and I am looking forward to my next visit very soon.

Honestly, Caoba is 10/10. The food is incredible, great service, and the whole vibe is just really nice. It’s a family-run business and they’re genuinely sweet and personable, not in a forced way, just super welcoming. Their coffee in the morning is one of the best I’ve found in town, and the food at night? Easily one of the best I’ve had here. It’s cozy, authentic, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. Worth the experience for sure. If you’re in the area, go. I recommend you make a reservation ✨
