  Loved our stay here, Ricky is a great host! Free water and coffee, beers at a great price, great wifi, the resident dogs Ruby and Chloe are so precious but will leave you alone if you want them to (I never wanted that but other residents did haha) We also booked Lamanai through Ricky and it was better price than one of the agents we talked to in town.

  Loved staying here during my stay in OWT ricky is a very nice host and the hostel is kept very clean and nice. Not a lot of bed so could not sleep there my second time.

  Excellent stay and very central. Close to bus station and to downtown. If you need a trip to Lamanai Ricky will connect you with a provider in no time. There is also a store own by him and most of the fellow travelers are also very nice. I did love the place and would stay again if I am in the area.

  As a local I would say this is the best spot to actually stay if you ever had a small trip or stop to explore! And its right near the center of Orange Walk Town and other close by areas you need to go too! I pretty much like the stay because it gives that island vibes of the design it had! So if your looking for somewhere to stay! I would definitely recommend Casa Ricky!

  I can't say enough positive things about Casa Ricky's. Ricky as an owner is the kindest, friendliest and most helpful host I have had. He helped me figure out cross-border transport and I could exchange Mexican pesos for Belizian dollars. The room is big enough for one person with plenty of guarding space. The kitchen is neat and extremely well-equipped, and with a dining room attached to it this place really is a home.
