This place is insanely good. Awesome atmosphere right on the water, super friendly staff, and amazing food at great prices. My girlfriend and I had the Spanish and Belizean breakfasts and both were amazing! Compared to other hyped places on the island, this easily beat them all.

We had breakfast here. Maybe we came on an off-day, but we had a mediocre experience. Ordered Huevos Rancheros and hot coffee. Coffee was decent, although the sugar jar had some ants in it, so opted to skip out on the sugar. The Huevos Rancheros was very soggy — the bread/tortilla was like a very soft pita bread not toasted or crunchy, then covered with an overly generous layer of salsa and over easy eggs. Ingredients tasted fresh, but execution and flavor were lacking.

We stopped at Caye Breeze Cafe for our first breakfast on Caye Caulker and fell in love with the Belizean Chicken stew! Tried it at 3 other places during our stay, and went back to the Cafe on our last day. It’s definitely the best we tried! Obviously, we recommend it… but we also recommend getting there early because they sometimes run out before 9:00 AM and you would be rightly disappointed to miss it!

The BEST breakfast we had on the island this week. I opted for the Belizean breakfast while my hubby did the Spanish breakfast. Our food came out fast and was SO GOOD! The beans were out of this world delicious and the fry jacks, fabulous’. The chicken in my dish fell off the bone in the thick salty sauce, perfect for dipping. Did I mention the pricing is unbelizable, $37 BLZ in total. You have to go here.

An amazing cafe by the beach in Caye Caulker. We went for breakfast. I had the Belizean breakfast that includes beans, scrambled eggs, bacon and fryjacks. If you haven’t had fryjacks, they are fried fluffy dough pockets that taste amazing! The ones at Caye Breeze are the best. Dipped in the tasty beans, they are even better. My friend had the breakfast burrito which was also excellent. The service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend! Now also open for lunch!! Stew chicken was a great local favorite and the margarita was fabulous.
