Great little gym. Costs $10 BZD for a day pass. Small spot but has everything you need to get a decent workout in. You won't be spoilt for choice with machines etc but as far as gyms go in this part of the world its one of the more well rounded gyms with something for every body part. The atmosphere is also top notch and the music was banging. Banger after banger. I almost asked for their spotify playlist so you will not be disappointed! Well worth checking out.

Enjoyed two great work-outs at the gym. Has everything you need. The owner was so nice and welcoming. Views are so cool from the balcony. Would go back anytime.

Great gym with an awesome atmosphere. The music is always on point and the energy in the place is contagious. It’s the kind of spot where you actually feel motivated to push yourself. Solid equipment, good people, and a really cool vibe all around. Definitely one of the best places to train in Cayo.

Nice gym in the heart of San Ignacio. The owner/trainer is friendly and knowledgeable.
