It was so wonderful to be able to start our day with yoga at Ceiba Yoga every morning. We look forward to returning to Caye Caulker and also to Ceiba Yoga located in a beautiful view spot at Weezies.

I discovered this yoga spot serendipitously while exploring the island, and I’m so grateful I did. Liberty is an incredible instructor—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. I had a rib injury prior to my trip, and she thoughtfully helped me modify poses so I could still fully enjoy the practice and its benefits. The setting itself is absolutely magical, with the beach and palm trees as a breathtaking backdrop. If you’re a yogi visiting the island, this is an absolute must-stop.

What a beautiful and unexpected gift to experience a sound healing bath at Ceiba Yoga. It was my first, and Liberty guided the space with such grace and care. You simply arrive—everything else is lovingly provided. Surrounded by soothing sounds, my body softened into deep calm and left feeling renewed. The experience was so nourishing that I rearranged my plans to return a second time before leaving the island. Just do it—this is something truly special.

If you’re a yogi, and even if you’re not, no trip to Caye Caulker would be complete without a stop at Ceiba Yoga. The instructor, Liberty, is a kind soul with loads of experience in teaching yoga. Her vinyasa and gentle yoga classea, along with a weekly sound bath, are seaside, so you can hear the waves throughout the practice. Don’t miss it!

A Truly Special Place! Ceiba Yoga is a peaceful and heartwarming space led by the incredibly kind and empathetic teachers Liberty and Crystal. Their classes are deeply grounding, calming, and taught with genuine care. Practicing yoga with an ocean view is a magical experience in itself. A special highlight was the sound bath with Liberty – deeply relaxing and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. If you’re looking for meaningful, soulful yoga in a stunning setting, I highly recommend Ceiba Yoga!
