  At least these little Casitas have a Microwave and a Coffee Maker! Joe is alone waiting to fly the Coup to join his wife in the Ststes, once he can find a buyer for these buildings on his lot! He was kind enough to offer me the use of his Kitchen and help exchange water jugs but don't expect much more as his heart isn't into hosting!
