  Don't deal with this bank. Nothing but a hassle to get anything done from credit card, to online banking, to wire transfers. I've been dealing with them for the past couple years and stopped now because it's just too much of a hassle. Poor customer service as well.

  A small bank in a small community. Plenty of parking out front and security guy was friendly. AC inside and a professional, clean, and well laid out business atmosphere is presented. The teller I spoke with was interested in me as a person and very helpful with the information I needed. If I end up living in Spanish Lookout, I would not hesitate to bank here.

  I personally have not been dealing at Heritage Bank but was in there last week to inquire on their service. Their staff seems very helpful and professional. Seems like they want to do business, more down to earth than what we had here before.I plan to do business with them in the near future.
