The Staff couldn't do more to ensure you have a great trip. Happy to come collect you from the bus stops or take you to boat tours with a complementary shuttle. Breakfast is nice and appropriate for the price paid. Rooms are spacious with good AC.

Nice hotel. Their sister hotel Gran Resort is nicer, has more amenities and can handle breakfast better.

Our room (209) was a 'delux', it was very dark with little natural light and was so small one side of the bed was pushed hard against the wall. It was not somewhere you'd want to do anything but sleep and unfortunately that was poor due to a mattress that rolled you into the middle of the bed. On a positive note it was clean, Eduany was very helpful during our booking and on what's app with all our questions and booking us a great tour of Lamania. They also gave us a free lift to bus station morning we departed. It's worth noting their 'sister' resort Maracas has decent food on a night and you can ask for Tony to drive over and give you a lift. He was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the staff at reception told us the first night we had to get a cab. Unsure why so ask for Tony direct. NB the photos of the thatch cabanas and pool on google. are Maracas and not this hotel. It's also worth noting the photos of food are not the free breakfast (which is $8 limit on one page of menu) - presume these are the ones people paid more for on other pages.
