Food is nice, but customer service is horrible. Especially takeout food takes long. Took 2hrs to get the food. Food was cold and not even an apology.

The atmosphere is nice and posh with good service. The food could do with some major improvements. Presentation is good but the taste is bland with no umami flavor. The pizza was heavy with wrong ingredients and the fettuccine had chucks of pasta. I hope they improve the taste to match the service and ambience.
