Visited once in 2024 - small drugstore with very friendly staff - we needed crutches urgently and had been combing Cayo pharmacies for a pair - owner went above and beyond to help us locate a pair (they were out of crutches, but seeing we were desperate, stopped to call every medical distributor they knew to locate a pair for us :).

Very overpriced. For example the green off repellent is $35 when it costs $18 in a shop 2 minutes away. That's double. Similar with other products.
