Perfect way to start an island day. Held on the third floor the gentle sea breeze was lovely. All mats, blocks, straps etc provided. $20BZ for an hour at 9am (or 9.30am) every day

Yoga on the rooftop. Great breeze and perfect in the morning to start your day. The instructor was professional and adjusted to the group. A great experience.

Jessie’s yoga classes are perfect. She does a great job at reading the group and creating a tailor made class that’s accessible and enjoyable for all. Her energy matches the island lifestyle; relaxed, peaceful, and joyous. You don’t want to miss her yoga classes!

The most beautiful and relaxing yoga studio and class! Jessie is an amazing instructor for first time yogis as well as advanced. We will be back for another class (and breakfast at the cafe) tomorrow!

Loved this yoga on the third floor of the Namaste cafe. We extended our stay on Caye Caulker (partly so I could go back to the morning yoga classes!) It was so great to go to yoga while traveling to provide a little routine again :) Jessie is a great instructor, easy to follow, open to ALL levels and tailored to what the class wants to do that day. Classes are always full and donation based - so donate generously because it's fantastic!
