Inconsistent pricing from one day to the next. Literally just try and charge whatever they think they'll get away with. They are also happy to skim small change off the total hoping tourists wont say anything. Saw it happen to two people in front of us (who were a bit confused they didn't get any coins back) but made a point for the cashier to return the correct change when it came to our order (after he pulled the same trick). Use any of the other shops on the island than this one.

I went in to find some juice and a snack. The prices in Belize city area are often more costly than in the US. I put the ice cream back as it was $3 US. They had concentrated juice that was a good price. The cashier was decent, nothing out of the ordinary.

I'm sorry to vent but I have to. I have had it up to my eyebrows with the supermarket Super SKY. They have no concept of customer service. Instead of taking people in order, that man takes people at his leisure. He is rude, always on his phone and very despondent. His wife is no better. Just because they are the biggest supermarket on the island and have other properties that they use to make money off of the locals and tourist alike does not entitle them to be so uncouth. Being we have our own boat now and there are far superior shops on this island and up in SP and of course in the city I have decided to end any patronage to Super SKY and their disrespectful, incoherent, and dismissive attitudes. This island is too small for them to be so rude. I'd rather pay for gas to go to and from SP, or place orders with far superior grocers who are pleasant, and have fresher produce like Amigos than give them another cent of my earnings.
