Locally owned and operated this business is a great place to explore your fitness needs. The knowledgable staff have been helpful to me and the venue is perfect for weight-training, Yoga, aerobics, and flexibility training. Easy to get to it is just off the highway when entering town from the south. Ask for Flavia for questions. Being from out of country I was looking for a place to continue my regular workouts and stay physically fit while working abroad. Come early in the morning when its cool and you won't regret it!
