Best pharmacy in Corazol, hands down. Mr Rogers is the best. If you can't find your meds, he probably will have them, or he can get them at a reasonable price.

Magaña’s pharmacy is my “go to” pharmacy for all of our family’s medical (prescription) and drug store needs. We’ve been here for over seven years and have always used them as our regular pharmacy. Now that Mr Magaña sold the business to Mr Raju a few years ago, the store’s merchandise has increased tremendously! Mr Raju (some folks call him ”Roger” as an American nickname), will get you any medicine that you might need from in country or from across the border. He has a supply chain that can’t be beat! We wholeheartedly recommend this place of business.
