Shaggy's Hideaway bar and grill

We had dinner at Shaggy's Hideaway based on a recommendation, abs it did not disappoint! We had the fish burger with fresh snapper, and a grilled snapper. Both were great! The coconut rice is divine! The key lime pie was also delicious. The service is great and very friendly.

Definitely off the beaten track but worth the drive. We arrived just as they were opening and they were very welcoming and got us some drinks right away. My family got a cheeseburger (awesome), two grilled fish sandwiches (one disappeared is moments it was so good), one grilled snapper (also fresh and delicious). I got the shrimp ceviche, they had to send someone out for more limes....worth the wait. It was so delicious and I highly recommend. The staff were awesome and it just had a great chill vibe. We ended with ice cream. Go check it out!!!!!

Went to Shaggy’s on NYE 2025. This place has personality, which we love! The staff had a great sense of humor and the food was delicious. We had the Jalapeno Balls, Shrimp Kaboob (yes, the misspelling is on purpose), Cheeseburger, Pork Chop, and the Big Luck Burger. Forgot to take pics of most of it because we were too busy eating. Loved the vibe. Will be back!

Shaggy’s was a local find and recommendation! We had a party six and were seated very quickly and efficiently. Two apps we got were the jalepeno balls and coconut shrimp, they both were great! Everyone ordered seafood and it was the local catch of the day! EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC AND FRESH. Best flaky snapper we have had in a while. The staff was super friendly and informative if island life! Would 15/10 recommend!!

The food was very good. Authentic to Belize, the chicken fingers for my 3 old grandson were actually really good homemade. The dirty rice and beans were excellent. We got the chicken kebabs and grilled chicken. The service is wonderful. The bathrooms were nice and very clean. We will be back
