Soooo I was in Punta Gorda over the weekend and I stumbled upon this gem! I was told it is new...the equipments were clean and nice...everything very put together... From the well organized environment to the welcoming staff made my experience very relaxing...10/10 will be back soon! It's a must if you're ever in PG and need to let go of some steam or lbs visit SHRDX BOX!

The gym is located in PG Town, central so you can’t get lost. The equipment is new and there are a good variety of machines and free weights. Cleanliness is good, there are signs everywhere so you make sure you clean after yourself! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. It does get a bit busy early mornings and late nights so if you can go during the day, you would have the gym to yourself basically. Opening hours are great as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing gym and even better customer service. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and organized. I especially appreciate the cleaning stations throughout the gym. I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped gym! The membership is worth it ✅

This gym was very needed in punta gorda they have all the equipment that you need too get in a great workout and the price is very affordable
