Made an appointment for 11 am, walked in at 10:50 told the clerk I’m here for my appointment at 11, waited for 50 minutes. I went to tell the clerk I made my appointment at 11 she said he’s with a patient and someone else is ahead of me. It is 1:20 pm and I’m still waiting. This is unbelievable.
