St. Luke Hospital

I had to visit St. Luke Medical Center on an emergency, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the doctor and her staff were absolutely fantastic. The nurse and the X-ray technician were also great to deal with—kind, professional, and very attentive, which made a stressful situation much easier. Dr. Corrine Lambey took the time to truly listen to me, which is something you don’t always find. She was incredibly polite, compassionate, and most importantly, she knew exactly what to do. What I appreciated ♥️the most was how honest and direct she was about my condition. She made me feel safe, informed, and cared for every step of the way. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely love what they do, and it clearly shows in how she treats her patients. She is truly a gem 💎 I will always be thankful for the care I received. Highly recommend!

Went for vaccination. Everything was going well at first, I presented my ID so that the lady can spell my name right. She handed it back but asked for it again since she needed the DOB as well. After getting it done (the nurse did a wonderful job) I was given the vaccination card. I was hurriedly put the card in my purse since I wanted to go head to work asap. When I got back to work I took it out to scan it and that’s when I realized the lady had spelt my name wrong even though I gave my ID card twice. I sighed and decided it’s best I go back and get it fixed asap. In the back of my mind I’m like people make mistakes so I’ll just go and sort it out. I explained to the male pharmacist about the issue and told him to just inform the lady that next time try to be careful especially when ID card was given to help. He just nodded. No kind of indication that they are sorry it happened at their facility. Terrible PR. No kind of accountability for their mistake. Apologizing isn’t a hard thing to do. Even though the nurse did awesome, the overall experience left a bitter taste in my mouth since you didn’t try to make an attempt to apologize.

Absolutely wonderful place! We have delivered 4 children here and getting prenatal care for. 5th. Quality lab and pharmacy on site. This place is growing and getting better every year. They care about what they do here.

Truly an extraordinary experience in Belize. The staff was very attentive, kind and uplifting during my stay and they ensured that I felt cared for and special. The establishment was overall well kept and very sanitary. I was also witness to a local mass they held in one of their waiting rooms, and as a devote Catholic, this brought me immense joy at seeing this Christian institution truly living in their faith. I can confidently say that I had full trust in the doctors, they knew what they were doing and provided me with a sense of security and peace like no other. The staff was very professional and truly masters of their craft. The prices were sensible, and I might even dare to say they do no justice to the service they provide! Utterly remarkable and unrivaled by any other. I have no complaint whatsoever, they were truly "caring from the heart." ❤️

My mother fell in Belize. It was a bit of an issue.... I took her here. Absolutely blown away by this facility. You could eat off the floor. Knowledgeable staff, great service. From the cleaning staff to the doctors... this place is fantastic. Highly recommend this hospital.
