The Belize Bank Limited

Been trying to get back my online banking which I already had, but couldn't get in because the phone number I used for it wasn't in my name n got locked. When I reached out to Belize Bank they said they were going to update the account more than a month now 2 weeks ago I texted the whatever customer service agent she said her name is Carla from Belize Bank "cho waste a bloodclaat time"

Extremely bad customer service. I waited over 3 weeks for them to replace my card and the supervisor couldn't care less about the inconvenience.

It is completely depressing to have a bank with poor customer support and rude agents that have so much access to my financial information . The customer service agent refuse to help after waiting for 40 callers to connect before me and refuse to provide full name. She was rude in her tone and to add to the insult there will be no course of action rectified her attitude.

Impossible to reach them via phone. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told that the person I was trying to reach for a credit card application was unavailable. The receptionist took my phone number to have them call me back but I never got any calls back. I also tried to reach them directly at their extension numerous times but the calls never go through. Take your business to another bank -10/5

DANGRIGA branch Belize Bank is a waste of time!!!!!! Extremely poor poor /slow slow service. I have been here over 2 + . Firstly poor communication skill at the entrance from the security( no sign or organization) and short on staff at the station to serve the costumes . Would Not recommend to anyone. They don’t even have the DANGRIGA branch list to post my review directly.sad
