One customer service rep for a bunch of people - 1 person an hour efficiency - not efficient! Long lines and no reps to assist. Very poor service.

This is not directed at this branch in particular, just the institution overall. The worst customer service. Lines are always long. In bank, your rep will just leave randomly without telling you what's going on while serving you. Phone calls are ALWAYS tied up, you can expect an hour minimum to get through to anyone. Even their WhatsApp contacts are useless. It took A WEEK for a rep to even respond to a query. At the end of the day, it should not be this hard to get simple information about your own account and finances.
