They do have gf products including flour but no gf bread. Too be fair we could not find any gf bread on the caye.

Excellent selection of gluten free items such as soya sauce, flours (many bob mills products), gluten free pastas. This is the best selection of gluten free that I have see on the island. There is also a good selection of meats, fruits, vegetables as well as hummus and pesto in the coolers. They also carry Caribbean spices and sauces in plastic bottles perfect for bringing home.

The health food store for San Pedro. It's small but well stocked. This is where you can find high quality products.

Went there after work to do some grocery shopping and saw some dried fruits for my mom , so I video called my mom to ask her which ones she liked and the cashier stopped attending a customer to tell me that I'm not allowed to video call and use my phone which in my opinion was inconvenient. There's no sign that says you can't use cellphones and it's not a government office where it is prohibited to use cellphones. My volume was also on low so it wasn't distracting any of the other 2 customers in the shop. I was simply calling to ask my mom what items she wanted me to pick up from the store. I didn't say a word to the cashier after, I just told my mom I can't use my cellphone in the store and ended the call and paid for what I already had in the basket and left. I won't be shopping there anymore.

Great specialty grocery and produce store. If I had to pick one place to go one stop shopping in downtown San Pedro Belize Greenhouse Market would be it. I like that they sell lots of locally made items like Glorious Belize cold pressed coconut oil and natural peanut butter. Easy to find on the east side of Pescadore Drive (Middle Street.) Note they are only open till noon on Sundays.
