If your on Caye Caulker you have to make your way over to the Pelican Sunset Bar for delicious food, strong drinks and great views! Please ask for the best waitress named Cleo! She is quick, professional and will take excellent care of you! Highly recommnd you to try the fresh fried Red Snapper - it is sooo good!

Great views and pretty good service but the ceviche was lacking a bit of oomph. It was definitely fresh but needs a lot of lime and salt (fish & shrimp). The juices are great. It does get busy so, plan accordingly. Some guests were also smoking while eating which I didn't love.

So you’ve stumbled on pelican sunset on your Google Maps - you’ve found the place the eat every day you’re in caulker! This place is incredible. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait a while for a table, there’s a good reason. Highlight: We had our silk snapper cooked up for us blackened and grilled. And that was just 1 of 4 times we ate here! Incredible food. Thanks Pelican sunset staff!!

The food is great, the drinks (especially their coconut mojito) delicious. The views on sunset lagoon is picturesque. Only problem is that consistently you wait 50-60min for main food. Even waitress sent somebody away because table for reserved 70min ahead and she said they could only get appetisers no main food willl arrive on time. Reservation is almost a must in season!

A great place to view the sunset. Get there early if you want a seaside table. They have you share a table with others if things get crowded, which they do around sunset. The service was friendly. There was no rush to leave. Little photo ops around the restaurant. The food was good. Cozy place. Be ready to sit close and share the space.
