Great sunset view, friendly staff, fantastic fresh seafood. The chef also caught the fish - can't beat that. Excellent fish tacos.

OH BOY! OH BOY! Tide's bar & grill takes the cake! As I began my night, I looked over to this restaurant and thought to myself, eh. BOY! WAS I WRONG!!! After having an uneventful night filled with bland foods, unsavory expensive beverages. I decided to give this place a go. AND MY GOODNESS DO I REGRET NOT COMING HERE SOONER! The ambience?? The overarching balcony over the sea?! This is by far, the best spot I have been to in placencia. As someone who is picky with my palette and a genuine chicken finger warrior. Trust me... This place blows every expectation you have out of the water. Their food? I tried their tenders. It was the most savory thing I had ever tasted. It's been a week since my short loved visit and my mouth waters at the thought of their homeade sauces! Not to mention their cheap, STRONG beverages. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting placencia. This little restaurant gives every bang for your buck and more! Trust me. You'll be folded like a lawn chair before you finish your 'lemon drop' $11 BZD (5.5USD). I can guarantee you this!

Quite a long wait but food was delicious at a good price and service was good too. I got the jerk chicken.

The food is fresh, exquisitely prepared, and delicious. A small, quaint, hidden gem with an enchanting lagoon to sit near and enjoy a beverage. Lovely staff, kind and attentive.

This is a great place to have dinner. The service was outstanding. Really enjoyed the seafood chowder. My friend had the grilled snook and she loved it. Definitely check them out!
