  To be honest: I am hospitality professional for more than 5o years - yes: Tracy's is not the most amazing restaurant. It is like an industry. They are too successful and have too much to do, and that is why they do not care too much about service. The guys at the counter are are not too friendly and are not always connected to their duty. It could happen, that you wait for your ordered food to go, and it will be sitting there for 10 minutes till finally they find out: It is YOUR food. There is a person, probably the daughter of the owners - she's not interested at all and is always on her phone. - But let me stay honest: The food is good for Belize and they must be good, if they have soooooo very much business. And one secret: They have the best chicken fingers in the country.

  Tracey's, from what I've seen, prioritizes quantity over quality & taste. If that's your cup of tea then go ahead! As a resident who used to order quite often. You can literally taste the difference in flavor (freshness?) closer to the weekends. ***NOTE*** If possible, DO NOT DO DELIVERY. I resided roughly 10 minutes (walking) from the restaurant. Delivery ALWAYS took 40 minutes to 1 ½ hrs one time ( NO JOKE! ) it wouldn't have been a problem if the food was warm. I always received barely warm borderline cold/soggy food (because of the condensation build up). And that's IF I can even place an order. I usually need to call up to 3 times to even get a response!! The service isn't the best. However the amount of food provided makes up for it. Parking is scarce at times considering there are other businesses around.

  We stopped at the market across the street after leaving Guatemala and lucked out that this restaurant was open. The portions were massive (I’m from Southern Alabama and they were even massive in comparison). The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, as were the locals. If you enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine and getting to know locals, you absolutely need to stop by.
