The listing agent always gets first priority
forsale.bz is a public, free directory for Belize real estate listings. A claimed agent or sourced listing agent always receives the inquiry first when we have a deliverable email. If the source provides no usable agent contact, the page either clearly names the promoted local agent who will receive the request or directs the buyer to the original source. We never disguise one route as another.
How it works for buyers
- 1.When a claimed or sourced listing agent has an email, the contact box names that agent before you submit.
- 2.Your message is delivered straight to that listing agent. The confirmation email states exactly who received it.
- 3.If the agent has a phone but no email, we show a direct WhatsApp link and the original property source instead of falsely claiming that an email was sent.
- 4.If the listing has no agent identity or contact information, an inquiry can go to the promoted local agent displayed on that page. The form and confirmation identify that agent as promoted, not as the listing agent. If no promoted agent is available, we direct you to the original listing source.

We aggregate listings from public sources to give Belize properties wider reach for free. Inquiries are your leads, not ours.
- •See your listing on the site? Sign up free and claim it. You can edit details, add photos, set your contact info, and start receiving inquiries directly to your inbox.
- •Already getting forwarded leads? Make sure your email is on file with your source MLS or website — we read it from there and route inquiries straight to you.
- •Want a listing removed? Email teylersf@gmail.com and we'll take it down within 24 hours.
What we don't do
- ✗ Override a known listing agent with an advertiser or preferred brokerage
- ✗ Sell or share your contact info with third parties
- ✗ Charge agents a referral fee
- ✗ Insert ourselves into the buyer–agent conversation
- ✗ Operate as a real estate broker
